LOVED the fantastic room with a kitchen and view! The outdoor pool was even better in person. Can't wait to go back! 🌴

My recent stay at this hotel was overall pleasant. The well-kept grounds, clean beach, and variety of dining options were highlights of my relaxation-seeking trip. The friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurants, enhanced the dining experience.

I liked the room and pool and very charming staff.

We were looking for authentic Mexican and natural food and we did not find it in the hotel, for example the juices were not from boats, and there was no authentic Mexican food because for example the cheese used was Mosarela cheese and we could not try an authentic quesadilla, there was no spicy green sauce, there was no fresh water like lemon or Jamaica, my wife who is intolerable to milk with had almond milk, little variety of fruit. There was no Coronita beer. Access to the beach was with many steep stairs is difficult and a danger the stairs if it rains are slippery.

Without a doubt, positive attitude... attention... their easy access to the beach and their attention in this... their facilities.

only the dinner wasn't good and price was high. staff tried very hard to serve us very well. We understand it's about the new normal.

Dive into the canapes at the resort- a culinary journey for the palate. The beach offers a serene escape, with top-notch service from friendly staff. Nearby, hit up Sunset Bar for a chill vibe and Pina Colada Restaurant for local flavors.

Room snafu at check-in led to a leaking toilet fiasco, but snagged an upgrade. Beverages flowing until 11 pm only on Spring Break?

We had a mishap and a bracelet was lost outside the hotel and a staff member wanted to have $60 cancelled for loss of that ID. The handle was used to access the facilities and identified the breakfast including value that were already canceled previously and it did not seem fair to us to be charged again. In the end we did not do it.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely terrace overlooking the Caribbean. I took full advantage of the diverse dining options, with delicious meals at the various restaurants. The activities and amenities offered kept me entertained, especially the watersports options. A truly memorable experience that I would recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful escape. Plus, as a Canadian, I couldn't resist indulging in some poutine at the restaurant!

location, welcome at the reception, kindness of the staff in general, breathtaking ocean view from our accommodation, beautiful and large well-kept beach, feeling of security, cleanliness and huge size of our suite.

rooms are a bit old-fashioned (furniture, bathroom) and, above all, construction sites were under way on both sides: jackhammers, untimely noise throughout the day, workers observing the customers at the swimming pool and beach... Fortunately, noise of the ocean slightly covered the noise caused by the work in progress!

The hotel's décor was absolutely splendid, with charming details and cozy corners to relax. The seating areas were very comfortable, especially for seniors, and the accessibility throughout the hotel was excellent, making it easy for us to move around and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I would have appreciated more assistance for senior guests, perhaps a dedicated concierge for elderly travelers, as it would have enhanced the vacation experience for those of us in the golden years.

I received a completely different room than the one shown in the pictures. The room had an old, not very pleasant bathroom. The room with a partial view of the sea had a balcony shared with 2 other rooms, which could not be used (only the largest, middle room used the balcony).

Some of the staff members working at the buffet restaurant are execrable (Christina L. for example) . Table cloths are not always replaced between different meals and when asked to change, staff members show their dissatisfaction... . The food is passable, out of 4 people, 3 of us have been sick after meals.

Loved the helpful staff, variety of dining options, and the breathtaking ocean view from our balcony. The infinity pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed the swim-up bar with delicious margaritas. However, the layout might be a bit challenging for older guests or young kids due to the multiple elevations and the distance between rooms and amenities. 🌊

The beach in that area of Cancun is very nice.

They don't play well with sargamum, so those who hire them are not very good at it. THERE ARE SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH THE FOOD BEING TASTY. Very hotel all inclusive and unseasoned and also ordinary. They've lost their touch of tasty Veracruz food.

i had a wonderful experience at the Emporio. the room size and facilities were great, beach towels clean, and food options tasty. the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. pools were clean and well maintained. the beach front is lovely with a convenient bus to the city center. overall a pleasant stay with friendly and hardworking staff.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was beyond kind, helpful, and informative - they truly exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, always clean and attentive. The location couldn't have been better - close to downtown attractions, the Yum Center, and in the heart of this vibrant city. I also loved the hotel facilities, particularly the elegant yet cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made me feel right at home.

For me, it was ideal.

The beach and room were wonderful, with great food and a clean pool. However, the noisy Traveo student group disrupted our stay, causing sleepless nights. Check-in issues and room maintenance problems made the experience less enjoyable. Despite these challenges, the staff and cuisine were outstanding.

The beach beds can be limited, but the pool area was lovely. Service was a bit slow, but the breakfast variety was enjoyable. The cold room temperatures were easily adjusted. Overall, a great experience with a beautiful view.

In search of a delightful retreat, I settled on this beachfront hotel. Little did I know that my terrace would offer a breathtaking panorama of the Caribbean Sea. It felt like having a private front-row seat to nature's most mesmerizing performance, right from the comfort of my room.

The ocean view room was lovely, cozy for a couple. Staff were great, especially at the buffet and Italian restaurant. Some language barriers made interactions challenging. The hotel had everything we needed, delicious breakfast options, and a clean room. The hot tub situation needs improvement, but overall, a great stay with a few hiccups.

I chose Emporio for its proximity to the Mayan Museum of Cancun, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet access and the variety of international cuisine at Condimento Restaurant.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the pools were amazing, especially with the ocean views where I enjoyed relaxing under the sun. the room service was top-notch, and the housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy. I also appreciated the outdoor swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. the beach access was convenient, and I loved spending time by the crystal-clear waters. Overall, the hotel had a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of areas to unwind, like the sun terrace and beachfront. the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable vacation.

While my stay was mostly fantastic, there were a couple of areas that could use some improvement. the check-out process was a bit lengthy, with a few complications in the final bill.

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium because it provides excellent conference facilities, including spacious conference space suitable for events. One service that would have been helpful for my work would have been a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities to assist in any last-minute business needs.

As adventure travelers, we loved the variety of amenities and activities available. The beach was beautiful with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The pools, hot tubs, and bars were all fantastic. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. Food and drinks were even served on the beach, adding to the wonderful experience.

One negative aspect was the lack of English spoken by some staff members, which could cause communication difficulties for non-Spanish speakers.

I recently stayed at Emporio in a quiet location. The beach was clean with plenty of lounge chairs. The water was amazing with lots of waves to enjoy. The staff, especially Nelson Ruiz, the Concierge, was friendly and helpful. The housekeeper was efficient. The on-site restaurant offers a buffet but also custom omelettes, fried eggs, and delicious smoothies. The best nearby restaurant was The Captain's Cove with an amazing ambiance. The local grocery store, Chedraui, had everything we needed. The hotel offers different areas for families and adults, with bars and various restaurant options. Good security and taxi service available.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

From the bellboy who gave us great recommendations, to the receptionist who solved our problems, to the bartender who made delicious drinks with a charming accent, everyone was wonderful. Another positive aspect was the variety of amenities available at the hotel. Multiple pools, hot tubs, and bars ensured that there was always something to do. Plus, the staff even served food and drinks at the beach, which was amazing. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. With taxi and bus stops nearby, it was easy and affordable to explore the city.

One of the worst aspects was the noise in our room. We were unfortunate to have a restaurant located above our room, so we could hear chairs sliding in and out throughout the day.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the Archaeological museum and on the beach. The restaurant served delicious meals, and it was great that you could pay for whatever meal you liked. The staff provided excellent service, and they made sure everything was perfect. All in all, everything was great and enjoyable.

The location was great, close to the mall, downtown Cancun, restaurants, and Isla Mujeres. The seafront room had an amazing view. The staff were courteous and polite. Good WiFi and the food at the main restaurant was satisfactory.

the property was nice and simple, and I felt at home in the rooms. One of the highlights for me was having a Starbucks on site. It was great to be able to get my coffee fix and also try out different sandwiches that are not available in the states. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the beach. Although there was some seaweed, there are other beaches nearby that can be reached by taking the red bus for a minimal cost of 12 pesos. the little bar on site was a nice place to relax and have drinks. the activities downstairs by the lobby were a lot of fun, and Irma, the lady in charge, was full of energy and very helpful in helping us choose and plan our activities.

The activities offered downstairs by the lobby were a great addition and Irma, the lady in charge, was amazing. She helped us choose the best activities and provided us with helpful advice. She even gave us her contact information in case we needed any additional assistance.

We were delighted by the breath-taking location of the resort and the clean, sparkling pool which we had all to ourselves in the morning. the beach was so clean and lovely. the hotel is super close to the beach, and there are cool restaurants nearby. also, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. totally recommend.

The entertainment programme for adults was lit - they had the coolest pool parties and beach games. The location was super clutch, close to epic shopping and nightlife areas. The watersports were off the charts - we jet skied and did some insane snorkelling. The outdoor sports options were dope - we played beach volleyball and even hit the golf course. It was a total vibe!

All we'd ask for is even crazier parties for young people!

I keep returning for holidays. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with forgotten belongings. The place has Wi-Fi, car park, and security. It suits me perfectly with an outdoor pool, kids' amenities, fitness studio, spa, and dining options. Can't ask for more.
